Phil Hart

Phil Hart began writing worship music when in his teens. His Belfast roots have influenced his writing, particularly his first album (Love’s Vast Ocean) which has a distinctive Irish / Celtic feel, accentuated by the tasteful use of whistles and uilleann pipes.
His love of music has resulted in him writing a catalogue of worship songs and lullabies, which he has used in many ways - from his own personal worship to leading worship in his local church, and collaborations with many Christian musicians over the years, including, Joanne Hogg, Pete Wilson, Geraldine Latty, Dan Wheeler, Geoff Bailie, Terl Bryant, Richard Lacy, Nathan Jess, Sarahanne Wilmont and Nigel Cameron.
Phil is a self-employed floor and wall tiler, is married to Helen and has three boys. He helps lead worship in Knock Presbyterian Church, Belfast.
